To qualify, please ensure:

• The perfume bottle contains at least 95% of the original product.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Apply for a Return

1. Email us at scentuary.pk@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.

2. Once approved by our customer support team, you will be requested to send the parcel to:

Processing Time

• Returns and exchanges are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your parcel.
